    Yes, anyone who wants to turn off the Holiday decorations can select "Settings -> Edit Profile - > Holiday Decorations" to turn it off.

    If that still isn't working for people I can create a special usergroup for people that don't want to see it, and add them to that temporarily, but that's about all I can do.

    Is it possible for members t oswitch off that annoying thing at the top of the page that shatters whenever my cursor goes over it? ANNOYING it is!

    Yes I did that already, thank you, but that does not disable those decoration things which go smash every time my cursor is up there.

    The only thing that option does is shut off the snow. I have a policy, if I hear breaking glass, somebody better be getting a stone cold stunner.

    I think you should bring these back for April Fools. Except the lights should just break and then return... and then break again.. Evvvvvveeeerrrry 10 Seconds.

    As GPR stated, he tried his best making it a toggle. I'm not sure whether the usergroup would disable the ones on the top, but it's worth a try requesting that.

    EDIT: I just got confirmation that the usergroup would have the lights disabled.
